RETURNS Soap: Due to the fact that soap is a personal product, we do not accept any returns – even if the product is unopened.

Bracelets: To be eligible for a return, ensure your bracelet is in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds will be less the original shipping costs. Please reference the order number found on your receipt. Orders: Once shipped, orders cannon be cancelled.

Shipping: Order processing time is three to five business days (Monday through Fridays). Orders placed after 3 p.m. PST is processed the following day. Once order has shipped, USPS Priority has a delivery window of two – three days for U.S.
